The Dirty Deli is a Sunshine Coast deli built on one idea: do it properly, then load it up. Our bagels are already being served through Just Steak It at Caloundra Street Fair — toasted fresh and stacked with lox, eggs, smashed avo, halloumi and house-made schmear.
After dark it's a completely different menu: big deli sandwiches on brioche, challa and sourdough — lobster, beef cheek, Wagyu and crispy chicken. No shortcuts, no sad fillings. Rolling out across South East Queensland from October 2026.
The Dirty Deli brings two menus to Sunshine Coast celebrations: bagels for morning markets, breakfast events and catering, and big deli sandwiches for night markets, weddings, parties and festivals. We cater across the coast, from Noosa and Maroochydore to Caloundra and the hinterland, with Brisbane and Gold Coast enquiries welcome.
